1. Program Overview
 

The Decked Out Construction Refer & Earn Program rewards individuals who refer new business to Decked Out Construction LLC. Rewards are paid when a referred lead signs an approved bid with the Company, based on the total approved bid amount.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to:

• Friends and family of the Company and its owners/employees

• Subcontractors and trade partners who work with the Company

• Clients with a completed or in-progress project with the Company

• Decked Out Construction employees and independent contractors

​3. How It Works

• Refer someone you know to Decked Out Construction for a construction project.

• Make sure your referral mentions your name and/or referral code when they contact us, so we can credit the referral to you.

• If your referral signs an approved bid with the Company, you receive the reward tied to that bid's approved amount, per the schedule below.

 

​$50 for bids awarded $5,000+
$100 for bids awarded $10,000+
$150 for bids awarded $15,000+
$200 for bids awarded $20,000+
$250 for bids awarded $25,000+

There is no limit to the number of referrals one person may submit. Every signed job that results from a valid referral pays out, regardless of how many referrals a single person has already made.

4. Reward Payment

Rewards are issued upon project completion of referral. The Company reserves the right to determine the payment method and timing at its discretion.

5. Referral Crediting

A referral is valid only if the referred individual was not already an existing lead, prospect, or customer of the Company at the time of referral. The Company has sole discretion to determine whether a referral is valid and eligible for a reward. In the event more than one person claims credit for the same referral, the Company will credit whichever referral source is documented first in its records.

6. Taxes

Referral rewards may be reportable income to the recipient. In accordance with IRS requirements, the Company will collect a completed Form W-9 from reward recipients and will issue Form 1099 (NEC or MISC, as applicable) to any individual who receives $600 or more in cumulative referral rewards within a calendar year. Recipients are responsible for reporting referral rewards on their own tax returns as required by law. The Company does not provide tax advice; recipients should consult their own tax professional with questions.

7. Program Changes and Termination

Decked Out Construction LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn Program, including reward amounts and eligibility criteria, at any time and without prior notice. Referrals submitted and credited prior to any such change will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of submission.
